That was in Fall 2025. My son in-law brought my car to Becker Service Center with coolant leaking problem. They gave paper work which indicated they diagnosed, fixed hoses, pressure tested and one of the comments also was the car has noise which is normal for this car. They charged 800+ dollars. Then my son in-law brought car home and had some short trips and found coolant leaking. Then he did not drive this car or address issues with it because he had physical injury and surgery, and had to work from home for couple of months. He asked me to look at the car because it also show new problem the engine light on. We found forgotten by mechanic key with extention inside bottom of the front bumper, which was making vibration noise. That noise was indicated in paper work as normal for that car. Hoses were leaking coolant and engine light code was showing small exhaust leak. Also muffler in middle under car looked not original and was leaking water evaporation. I told him to tow car back to the shop for warranty repairs. Becker Service Center refused to do warranty repair and wanted to charge again for repairs. I wanted to talk to the owner but was told he is out. I sent email and it wa

I took my jeep in, said the electronics were causing the car to not start, lose power steering and multiple service signals for 4-wheel drive, anti-lock brakes, etc. AI said it was the system’s links needed updating. Becker’s tech cleared all the errors and said he drove it and it seemed fine. I literally get in the car and can’t put in drive and all the errors and alerts start. I show to the Tech and he says he can’t do anything about it. Still charges me and I leave in worse shape than I arrived.

Pulled up to a gas station to put in gas. Right as I’m about to leave my starter goes out. Luckily the shop was right behind the gas station. The guys took care of me and even told me that they’d send some guys to push the car over. They gave me a very reasonable price and provided me even with an extensive inspection of the car. The car was dropped off, repaired, and picked up on 24 hours. Remarkable job. Thanks Becker Auto!

I called concerned with engine light on, oil light when turning and tire air changes. They had me come to make sure it was safe to continue to drive my car before our appt. Turns out the oil was low so he put oil in and reset everything at no charge. If all goes, I will not need to make the appt but if not, I would for sure go to them. He was so nice and helpful. Thank you, Berker's, you're the best.

Walked in during a thunderstorm with my wipers having gone out on me. They got me in quickly, diagnosed it and repaired quickly! They were also able to identify a leak that was slowly getting worse and quoted me the repair. Both prices were extremely reasonable! And as a woman, I greatly appreciated that I was treated with respect and not treated like I knew nothing regarding my vehicle. Extremely kind, amazing customer service and I had an amazing experience. Will absolutely continuing using them!
